2. Search Categories

This section describes how to perform category search. It is useful if you have large category free.

You can perform Category Search in your store by category name or ID.

Search form has the following options:

• You can open category for editing automatically enabling the first option.

• Exact match search - shows categories that match exactly to your test.

• Text to Search field - type a few letters of categories name or model and press "Find" button to see a list of products that match your request.

Store Manager will show you the list of categories that match your request in Results pane. If you double-click on any category in the search results, Store Manager will take you to its category page and highlight searched category in the list. If you enable "Open for editing" option, Edit Category for will appear along with the regular results.
